How Zoomies works

You press Run workflow. GitHub only queues the job. Zoomies, on your OVH server, creates the runner.

1. 01 Workflow runs-on: zoomies-linux-x64 in the repository the GitHub App is installed on.
2. 02 Queue GitHub holds the job until a runner with that label appears.
3. 03 Controller Zoomies on OVH gets the webhook, matches the label, and asks GitHub for a one-time registration.
4. 04 Container The agent starts a fresh Docker container. That container is the runner.
5. 05 Done The job finishes. The container is deleted. The next run starts empty.
